We are now Pet Friendly!

  The Addison Inn now accepts pets!  Our Pet Policy is as follows:

Thank you for choosing our property for overnight accommodations.  The management and staff welcome you and your pet(s) as our guests.  In return for allowing pets, we kindly require you to adhere to our “pet policy.”  The following rules apply to everyone traveling with pets.

1.      A $25.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet.

2.      All pets must be kept on a leash or restraint when outside guestrooms.

3.      No pets are to be left unattended inside or outside guestrooms for any length of time.

4.      Owners must “walk” their pets in designated areas outside the property. 

5.      Owners must remove pet waste from grounds and dispose of properly.  (Front desk will gladly furnish plastic bags if needed.)

6.      Any pet causing a disturbance, (i.e. barking, fighting, biting, etc.) must be removed from the property immediately with no refunds due. 

7.      Addison Properties reserves the right to deny lodging due to pet disobedience, suspected disease, pest infestation, etc.

8.      Addison Properties reserves the right to charge additional, reasonable and customary fees for any extra cleaning, pest infestation removal, or property damages as a result of a pet.

9.      Pets are not allowed inside common areas of the property (i.e. lobby, swimming pool, vending areas, other guestrooms.)

10.  The pet owner accepts full responsibility for any incident or injury resulting from or to their pet(s) while on our property.
